CHECK YOUR BRA SIZE: It's important to accurately measure your bust so that you can be sure to choose a bra that fits comfortably and flatters your body. Most ladies are wearing the wrong size bra, so please check your by following this simple guide carefully for a perfect fit. It is essential you ask some one else to measure you. Wear a comfortable non-padded bra. Note the size. When being measured stand relaxed with arms by your side.
TO FIND YOUR BRA SIZE: Measure under the bust, around the rib cage, keeping the tape horizontal, don't let the back drop down, with the tape close but not tight, NOTE this measurement. If the measurement is an EVEN number, add 4" this is your bra size. If the measurement is an ODD number add 5", this is your bra size.
TO FIND YOUR CUP SIZE: Measure around the fullest part of the bust keeping the tape horizontal with the tape close but not tight, do not squash the bust. The tape should stay comfortably in place. Check the measurement with your bra size. If it is;

Now compare the size you have with the bra you are wearing, remembering if you have worn and washed it much it may have stretched.
