Delivery Information
Order Process: Once you order from our website, you will get a confirmation email confirming receipt of your order (& payment has been received). We will issue a confirmation email once your order have been dispatched, and the delivery timescales will be as detailed in our delivery terms page. Delivery: All lingerie orders are shipped via first class postal service - registered post, unless otherwise requested. The products are sent in discreet packaging, so they can even be delivered to your place of work. Free Spirit Lingerie’s aim is to fulfill and deliver your order within 12 working days subject to stock availability. In the event that an item from your order is unavailable, please allow 14 -21 working days for shipment of your order for items that may not currently be in stock or for any delay due to international postage services or customs. Special Offer items will be delivered within 24 hours. UK & Ireland: These will be delivered within 7-14 working days from date of order. If an item from your order is unavailable, please allow 14-21 working days for shipment. Clearance / Sale items will be delivered within 24 hours. Rest of the World: These will be delivered within 14-21 working days from date of order. Free Spirit Lingerie offers a delivery for a flat fee of €6.75. This is the standard An Post postal charge that we just pass on to the customer. All orders over €75 are delivered free of charge. Returns - Shoppers Rights: Always ask for a receipt of payment, proof of purchase. If you have a complaint, act quickly. You are NOT entitled to a refund if you simply change your mind. You are entitled to a refund or replacement if the item is faulty, wrongly described or if the wrong item was shipped.
Items can be returned to us once returned within 7 days of receiving the order. The product you return must be in new, unused and unworn condition with all the original packaging and garment tags still attached. Customers must be sure of their size before they place an order. Please enclose the reasons for returning the goods along with your order number. Customers are to cover all handling charges for returns. For hygiene reasons Free Spirit Lingerie will not accept returns on knickers. The price that you paid less the delivery cost will be will be credited to your credit card or account. Goods which are not of merchantable quality (faulty) will be fully refunded or replaced inclusive of delivery and return. Returns Address: Free Spirit Lingerie, Ashgrove, Lissenhall, Nenagh, Co Tipperary, Ireland Discontinued items: We always try to keep the website up to the minute, but it must be appreciated that many styles and colours are seasonal and are only available for a short time. It is therefore to be expected that certain sizes and colours in a particular style may be offered on our site, yet be unavailable to order. Where possible we will amend the website listings to reflect only the available sizes, but as a general rule we will continue to offer styles and colours, whilst the majority of sizes are still available, after which they will be deleted. We will always inform customers as soon as possible if an order cannot be fulfilled. Disclaimer: Packages must be signed for; it is not the responsibility of Free Spirit Lingerie, if another person other than you signs for the package. We will take a signature as proof of delivery.
